Recently we have talked with a number of people who have been surprised that our web-based training does not require any plug-ins or special equipment.  Early on, some of our first customers from Fortune 500 companies let us know that plug-ins were unacceptable.  We spent a lot of time and effort meeting that requirement, but it turned out to be time and effort well spent.  While many WBT developers just assume that their customers will have certain system requirements, our programs have been designed to accommodate even the most basic system capabilities.  And, you don't have to download and install any plug-ins.  Even if you are on a dial-up connection, you will experience media-rich training that includes audio and graphics.  And..you won't have to wait forever for the audio and graphics to be delivered to your computer over a slow internet connection, because we have built in the ability to preload our audio and graphics right to your computer so that they are there when you need them.
