You determine the course
titles to add to your account and you then use credits to
assign those courses to your learners.
The License Term of a Small
Workgroup Subscription is six months. Minimum purchase
requirement is 10 credits at $59 per credit.
In addition to the training credits, the
subscription includes training administration functionality by
your designated training administrator. The administrator
is responsible for setting up learners and can run a variety of
training reports and use system emails to follow-up with
learners about their training.
After the subscription
expires, an additional 6 Month license renewal is
free with the purchase of 10 more credits or is $129 for a six
month support agreement without purchasing additional
credits. In either case, all unused credits are rolled
over to the next subscription period.
Learners get perpetual use
of all previously assigned courses providing they have
accessed the course within the past 13 months.
