About This Course

This course is designed to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge to effectively oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process through a structured Gated Management approach. Participants will explore the critical role leadership plays in driving success in APQP, understand the key objectives and expectations of the six Gate Reviews, and learn best practices to enhance their leadership impact. By the end of this course, attendees will be able to confidently guide their teams through each phase of APQP and navigate both successful and failed reviews.
