Getting Started is as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Whether you’re seeking training for yourself, your team, or your entire organization, the process is the same:

  • Purchase training credits
  • Assign courses using those training credits

Wait! I want to purchase courses! Why do I have to buy training credits? With over 60 courses to choose from, purchasing training credits gives you much more flexibility. This approach assures you are not required to commit to specific courses for specific learners in advance.

The number of credits you purchase is based on your needs. Individuals can purchase as little as 1/2 credit, while global corporations typically purchase hundreds or thousands of credits at a time. If you have a specific training topic that you want to offer, chances are you will just need one credit per learner.

If you plan to offer a training curriculum, such as Core Tools Training which is typically 4.5 credits, you will need to keep that in mind with your purchase. But we are here to help you figure that out! Many companies start with a smaller purchase and then add more credits once they know the training will work for them.

Our courses are either 1 credit or 1/2 credit/per learner/per course. We have three types of courses:

  • Master Course (1 training credit) – In-depth training on a broad topic.
  • Overview Course (1/2 training credit) – High-level introduction to the topic and terminology.
  • Targeted Training Course (1/2 training credit) – Focused and practical training on a narrow topic.

The cost for training credits depends on the number you purchase, starting at $99 per training credit and as low as $69 per training credit with larger team or company purchases. Support, which is rarely needed, is included in the price of the credits. There are no hidden costs!

If you purchase training for your company, you will designate one or more administrators and we will provide a 30-minute one-on-one training session in how to use our easy Learning Management System or we can link directly to your LMS.

Once training has been assigned, you or your team will receive a course registration email with login instructions and can start the course immediately. Learners can spend as much or as little time as they have for training each time they log in. Bookmarks are set upon log out so learners go right back to where they left off the next time they log in.
