Purchasing Help for Team or Corporate Subscriptions

You can renew your support or purchase more credits directly through your account in QualityTrainingPortal. You can either make your purchase with a credit card or you can request a quote.

When you purchase with a credit card, your account will automatically be updated with the credits or support renewal.  If you have purchased the minimum number of credits required to extend your support for another year at no additional charge, that updated will also be reflected in your subscription.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Administration Menu, select Subscription Details/Subscription Info.
  2. Select the Buy Now/Get Quote link.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
