Horns

Horns are audible alarms activated by the output from a relay, programmable controller (PLC), or process control system.

Applications

• To alarm when a part or container is not in the correct position.
• To alert of a deviation in a process parameter from its set point.
• To warn that equipment has shut down.
• To alert when a process set point has been reached.

• Can be programmable so different alarm sequences give different warnings.
• Can be located remotely from the process.
