What happens if a learner doesn’t complete a course by the Target Completion Date?

For customers with team or corporate subscriptions, the Target Completion date is “soft” meaning it is a target for your learners, but nothing actually happens if they don’t complete the course by that date.  Your learners will have access to courses they have been assigned as long as your organization has an active subscription and they have used the course within the past 24 months.  Courses that haven’t been accessed for the past 24 months will be removed as part of our routine database maintenance.
