What happens if we don’t renew our subscription?

If you do not renew by the Subscription expiration date, access to assigned courses for all learners ends when the subscription expires and any unused credits will be lost. We will extend you a one-month grace period; during the grace period, access to courses will still end until a Renewal Order is received.  If a Renewal Order is received within the grace period, access will once again be active for all learners and unused credits will be available for use.  If a Renewal Order is not received within the grace period, unused credits will be lost and the account with its associated records will be archived.
