What should I do if a learner doesn’t know/forgets their password?

For security purposes, you cannot see a learner’s password. However, if a learner has forgotten their password, there are a couple of things you can do to help them retrieve it:

Suggest that the learner reset their password from the Login Screen on QualityTrainingPortal.

Alternatively, you can initiate sending the password reset email to the learner by going into their User Profile (User Profiles > Edit Existing Profile > Select the Learner). Check the Reset Password box (1), Click on Yes to Send Login Information to the User by Email when Update is clicked (2) and click the Update button (3).
