I Can’t Login to QualityTrainingPortal

Issue

You forgot your password, you don’t know your username or you get an error message when you try to login to QualityTrainingPortal.

Solution

You need three pieces of information to login to QualityTrainingPortal.com.

  • Corporate ID
  • Username
  • Password

Be very careful when you enter this information to login; all three are case-sensitive.

IMPORTANT! If you copy and paste this info from an email you receive, please make sure that you don’t have any spaces at the end of the corp ID, username, or password. Put your cursor at the end of each entry and backspace to make sure spaces don’t exist.

Where do you get this information?

When you are registered in QualityTrainingPortal for the first time, you will receive an email with your Corporate ID, Username and a Temporary Password. The first time you login you will be required to change your password. Please remember this password or store it into a password keychain or similar password storage program.

If you forget your password you will need to reset it which you can do from the Login Screen.

You will need your Corporate ID and Username to Reset your password. When you enter your Corporate ID and Username, your password will be temporarily reset and you will receive and email with instructions on how to change your password.

If you don’t know your Username, you can retrieve it by clicking the link, Retrieve Username on the login screen.

QualityTrainingPortal Login Retrieve Username

When you Retrieve your Username, if you enter an email address that we have on file, an email will be sent to that email address with the username. If multiple usernames are associated with that email address, you will need to contact your Training Administrator or Support for the correct username.

If you do not know your Corporate ID, you will need to get that information from your Training Administrator or contact our Support Team.
