What It Is Used For

  • To match up process performance over time with changes made to the process.

When to Use It

  • When something might have changed in the process.
  • To compare process performance with changes made in the process.
  • To show changes in customer and supplier processes relative to process performance.

Important Notes

  • Remember to include changes in people, methods, equipment, materials, environment, and measurement systems.
  • Include changes in support processes as well if appropriate.
