What It Is Used For

When to Use It

• After an activity plan has been created to show when tasks need to be started and completed.

Important Notes

• Put names of the responsible individuals alongside each task on the Gantt chart so that responsibilities are clear.
• The Gantt chart can show when team members are overloaded with tasks so that the team can rebalance the workload and ensure the project is completed on time.
